The West Chester Area School District has the following position available (certification requirement – appropriate valid PA certification):
*Anticipated* 1.0 Instructional Technology Coordinator
The Coordinator of Instructional Technology K-12 has responsibility for the integration of technology tools into the curriculum in grades K-12 through staff development and initiatives that increase student and staff technology skills.
To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skill and/or ability necessary.
- College degree required – Education or technology major preferred. Master's degree in relatable fields desirable.
- PA Instructional Technology Specialist certification preferred; K-12 teaching experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years experience in teaching and/or delivering professional development
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Must possess a valid PA driver’s license
Salary: Per Act 93 Agreement
